Hi love, I’m Sonia Rosa, a psychological counselor and intergenerational trauma practitioner. Safe Love Filter is built from the patterns I’ve seen in the women I support (and lived myself), translated into clear steps you can actually use. It’s nervous-system-friendly, practical, and made for real-life dating and relationships, no shame, no dating games, just calm clarity and self-trust.

In 4 weeks, you’ll build your Safe Love Filter, a gentle, practical system to stop overthinking, chasing, and accepting inconsistent effort in love.
You’ll clarify your non-negotiables, spot the real-life signs of emotional safety like consistency, communication, and care, and use a repeatable Ask vs. Act decision tool to respond clearly when someone’s behavior feels off.
You’ll also build a quick self-check practice so you don’t confuse anxiety with “chemistry.”
By week 4, you’ll trust yourself to make one clear next move from calm, not fear, and finally break the heartbreak cycle.
